These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of guided tours ("Services" or "Tours") by PromeneParis ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") to the purchaser ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By booking and participating in our Tours, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Tour Booking and Confirmation: All Tours are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company. A Tour booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued by the Company. Tour Itinerary and Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify Tour itineraries, including routes, attractions, and schedules, as necessary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, closures, events). We will make reasonable efforts to notify Customers of any changes to Tours as soon as possible. Tour Participation and Behavior: Customers are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point on time for the Tour. Customers are required to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the Tour guide for the safety and enjoyment of all participants. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to any Customer who is disruptive, unruly, or poses a safety risk. Payment: Payment for Tours must be made in full at the time of booking through the accepted payment methods provided. Prices for Tours are listed in Euros and are inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees. Cancellation and Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Customers are responsible for adhering to the cancellation and refund guidelines provided. Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from the participation in Tours, except where such loss or injury is caused by the Company's negligence. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the Tours. Governing Law: Ile de France This Agreement and any dispute arising from the sale of Tours shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not book a Tour with us. Cancellation Policy: Full Refund: Cancellations made [7] days or more prior to the scheduled Tour date will be eligible for a full refund of the tour price. 50% Refund: Cancellations made between [2] days and [0] hours prior to the scheduled Tour will be eligible for a 50% refund of the tour price. No Refund: Cancellations made within [1] hours of the scheduled Tour or failure to show up at the designated meeting point will not be eligible for a refund. Reschedule Policy: Flexible Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule their Tour to an alternative date and time based on availability without incurring any rescheduling fees, up to [7] days prior to the original Tour date. Rescheduling Fee: Rescheduling requests made within [7] days of the original Tour date may be subject to a rescheduling fee of [Amount] to cover administrative and operational costs. Reschedule: Send an email to [promeneparis@gmail.com] with your booking details and preferred alternative date and time for the Tour. Important Notes: The cancellation and reschedule policy applies to the original Tour booking date. Any changes or requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made through the designated email addresses provided above. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [7] business days from the date of cancellation and will be issued using the original payment method. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, closures, events). In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative Tour date or a full refund.
