We will make reasonable efforts to notify Customers of any changes to Tours as soon as possible. Tour Participation and Behavior: Customers are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point on time for the Tour. Customers are required to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the Tour guide for the safety and enjoyment of all participants. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to any Customer who is disruptive, unruly, or poses a safety risk. Payment: Payment for Tours must be made in full at the time of booking through the accepted payment methods provided. Prices for Tours are listed in Euros and are inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees. Cancellation and Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
